By accessing and using Synchronium ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synchronium is a web and mobile application that allows users to manage their Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card collection. Features include collection tracking, deck building, and cross-device synchronization.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial billing periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Yu-Gi-Oh! and all related names, characters, and images are trademarks of Konami Holdings Corporation. Synchronium is not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami. Card data is provided by YGOPRODeck API.

The Synchronium application, including its design and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
